What we do
One contractor for the whole renovation.
We take on complete villa and apartment renovations and the individual rooms that matter most. Design development, authority approvals, demolition, services, finishes and joinery are run by one team under one licence, so there is one programme and one person to call.
How we work
Measured, priced, programmed — then built.
- Survey and scope. We visit, measure and photograph the property, then write a scope you can read room by room.
- A bill of quantities, not a lump sum. Every item is quantified and priced, so changes during the works are priced the same way rather than argued about.
- Approvals handled. Community, developer and Civil Defence submissions are prepared by us where the scope requires them.
- Programme and weekly reporting. A works schedule with a critical path, and a written weekly report with photographs and a snag log.
- Handover with snags closed. Final payment follows completion of the snag list, not the other way round.
