Who we are

What we collect and why

Enquiry form. When you send the form on the Contact page we receive the name, contact details, property location, description and optional budget you enter. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare a quotation. The form is processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA), which also records the time of submission and forwards a copy to our email. We do not add you to any mailing list.

WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us directly, the message is handled by that service under its own terms, and we keep the conversation for as long as the enquiry or project is live.

Server logs. Netlify keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not run analytics or advertising tags on this site.

Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project records are kept for as long as the law and our warranty obligations require.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the providers named above and, for a live project, with the suppliers and authorities needed to carry out the works.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing to VidaNordicDubai@gmail.com. UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies.
